After going through the program, you will have met dozens of passionate, intelligent
and motivated people. Many LBD Graduates have found these new contacts can be advisors and mentors both professionally and personally.

Participants will be involved in community projects during the program. These projects will be designed and decided on by the participants, utilizing the information and skills gained during the program, with a final report taking place at graduation.
