Event DescriptionBeaver Dam Community & Activities & Services Department is hosting an “Addressing Difficult Behavior Workshop”. This class will meet on two Saturdays, November 10 & November 17 from 8:30 – 12:30 p.m. at The Watermark, 209 S. Center Street, Beaver Dam. Cost is $15 for resident, $23 for non-resident. This workshop is designed to teach participants how to objectively identify and address “difficult” behaviors. Participants will learn causes of “difficult behaviors and specific techniques to address them, along with Effective Communication Techniques, De-escalation Techniques and a specific Problem-Solving/Decision-Making process to effectively address behavioral concerns.
