Event DescriptionDo you occasionally have to address “difficult” behaviors? This workshop is designed to teach participants how to objectively identify and address “difficult” behaviors. Participants will learn causes of “difficult” behaviors and specific techniques to address them, along with Effective Communication Techniques, De-escalation Techniques, and a specific “Problem-Solving/Decision-Making” process to effectively address behavioral concerns.
About the instructor: Ervin R. Munro, M.S, is a Behavioral Healthcare Trainer/Consultant. He has structured this workshop to benefit a wide variety of people in their work and personal lives.
The class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10am for 2 weeks.
