Event DescriptionWhile many things have changed, one thing remains the same: Church Health Services’ commitment to our community and our patients.
We continue to serve our dental patients and our counseling clients although in quite different ways than before. The need to provide these services to children and adults has not diminished, if anything the need has grown!
We invite you to join us at our upcoming event 'An Evening in New Orleans' on September 19th. To accommodate current recommended safety guidelines, we have made some creative adjustments to our format. We will offer a drive through participation option or dine in version to fit the needs and comfort levels of all our supporters. Everyone will receive a delicious New Orleans themed meal prepared by Old Hickory’s Chef Kevin.
The menu will feature portions of Shrimp and Andouille Jambalaya, Chicken Etouffee over red beans and rice, Crab Cakes with cajun aioli, Vegetable, and Gumbo. The $35.00 cost to dine in includes a New Orleans themed beverage and drive through tickets are $30.00.
In lieu of live and silent auctions we will have Donor Mystery Prizes for sale. These will be made up of donated gift certificates and /or merchandise and will be for sale in advance and the day of our event. The value of the Mystery Prize will be equal to or in some packages greater than the purchase price. These can be purchased online as well with several prices to choose from. While each prize specific contents will remain a mystery until opened by the purchaser, there is no mystery that all proceeds from this event will go to support our services.
There is a greater than ever need for our dental, mental health and medical services. With so many incomes impacted and uncertain, please know we will continue to support our community members the best we can.
A donation to our 501 (c) 3 is tax deductible. For additional information on sponsorships, our auctions, or event details, please contact Bev Beal Loeck
