Through this Chamber Benefit Program, businesses with as few as two full-time employees may have access to competitive group plans and rates typically available to larger organizations.

With no employee participation minimums for Companion Life Benefits and contribution levels starting at just $25 per employee per month, businesses can build a benefits package that aligns with their budget without sacrificing value. Whether you have two employees or twenty, this program offers an affordable way to invest in your team and remain competitive.

How it works:
Each member group (with 2 or more employees) chooses a dollar amount that will go towards
benefits. Think of it as a gift card to the employee benefits store. The Minimum starts at only $25 per
employee per month. Employees are then empowered to spend the Employer’s “Defined Contribution” and
choose between the following 8 benefit offerings:
